Jerel Balangue-Goodman is a Registered Nurse and has 15 years' experience in the healthcare field, specializing in Nurse Leadership, Acute Rehab, Trauma, Surgery and Geriatrics. I am a proud husband and father and takes joy and pride in my family. My family are my inspiration and motivation which have pushed my passion and "nerdiness" of IVs and IV hydration into the IV Nerd. My goal is to serve the community with wellness and recovery by delivering superior and ultimate patient care and satisfaction. My end goal is to make people feel better and live their life at their best!

Sam Balangue-Goodman is the founder and independent Human and Organizational Performance practitioner of The HOP Nerd LLC. He is the author of multiple books focused on the safety of work and the safety profession, and the host and producer of The HOP Nerd Podcast. Sam is an experienced safety and HOP practitioner, accomplished author, passionate speaker, and respected consultant and coach. I am a husband and father to my wonderful family. My experience in business and the community has driven me to extend my expertise and service to the medical world. In support of my husband, I see and have experienced the power of IV hydration and want to share this experience with everyone.

Monica Munos is a certified licensed Nurse Practitioner, ACNP working in the medical field for over 30 years. I have been nurse practitioner over 10 years specializing in internal medicine and skilled nursing care. Found joy in skin care when clients left with a smile and expressed how much they enjoy feeling good about themselves, as well being a "nerd" about IVs and finding satisfaction with the results of IV hydration for patients. Our goal is to bring out of the box thinking IV hydration to the west Valley and Metro Phoenix area. Our ultimate goal is to bring a whole experience to help heal mind, body, and soul.
